At PorscheRC Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund — subject to the conditions below.

📦 Parcel Opening & Inspection
Customers are allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery to check the product's quality and condition. This is strictly for inspection purposes only — the product must not be used or operated before acceptance. Once the product has been used, it becomes ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

🕒 Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories/parts included

🔄 Exchange or Refund
We offer both exchanges and refunds, depending on your preference and product availability.

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged (in which case, please contact us immediately — see our Contact Us page).

💰 Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 3–5 business days of approval.

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, a 20% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount. This covers non-recoverable costs including shipping, advertising, store operations, and government taxes already incurred on the order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Your refund/exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the item
